Welcome to the 5th Riyadh Structural Heart Conference

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to participate in the 5th Riyadh Structural Heart (RSH) Conference, which will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 21–23 January 2027.

The Riyadh Structural Heart Conference brings together leading cardiovascular thought leaders and experts in structural heart disease from around the world, including the USA, Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and the GCC, to share their expertise and present the latest advances in this rapidly evolving field.

The Scientific Committee is preparing a comprehensive three-day program designed to provide state-of-the-art lectures, presentations, interactive education, expert discussions, and practical insights into contemporary structural heart interventions.

The program will cover a broad spectrum of established and emerging structural heart procedures and technologies, including TAVI, TEER, TTVR, TMVR, leaflet modification procedures, LAAC, and Adult Congenital Heart Disease, with particular focus on patient selection, multimodality imaging, procedural planning, techniques, challenging cases, complication management, and the latest developments in clinical practice.

A major highlight of RSH 2027 will be structural heart live case transmissions from leading international centers, featuring complex cases and demonstrating the most recent techniques, devices, and technologies in the field. These transmissions will provide participants with a unique opportunity to observe real-time procedural decision-making and interact directly with experienced international operators.

The conference will also feature dedicated workshops, plenary sessions, panel discussions, case-based presentations, and interactive sessions led by internationally recognized experts. Together, these activities aim to facilitate the exchange of cutting-edge research, clinical experience, innovative techniques, and best practices in the treatment and management of structural heart conditions.
